Account Management

How can I manage my HCX Account Settings?

You can view, manage, edit and update you profile information, email, password and other info from your dashboard section.

How can I manage my delivery addresses?

Login to your HCX account and go to the link Address Book in your Dashboard to add, edit or update your addresses.

How can I access my Accounting MIS?

You can view, download or print the invoices of all your transactions of the last financial year from your Dashboard section.

Where Can I see all My Orders?

Once you login to your account, your Dashboard provides details of all Previously Fulfilled Orders, Cancelled & Pending Orders.

How can I modify or cancel orders?

As a B2B platform orders once placed cannot be modified or cancelled. In case of exceptions, orders can be modified or cancelled before shipment solely at the discretion of HCX Global.

How Can I track my packages?

Once an order has been shipped, you will get a shipment confirmation email. The email will include the name of the logistic service provider company along with the consignment number which can then be tracked on the website of the logistic provider in most of the cases.

How can I claim Returns, Refunds or Replacements?

As a B2B platform HCX allows Returns only in qualified cases. An order once delivered, cannot be returned unless:

  • The product delivered is damaged
  • Is different than the one ordered

To claim a Return, please mail to admin@hcx.global quoting your order ID immediately post receiving the goods. Once the returns claim is processed, as per the above guidelines, you’ll be eligible for a Replacement or Refund.

What Purchase Protection is provided ?

As a B2B platform, we are committed to ensuring Purchase Protection for customers by offering genuine products, secure payments and easy grievance redressal for items shopped on HCX. However, please note that HCX is a marketplace platform ONLY, and claims no responsibilities for Manufacturer’s warranties, post-sale services, etc which are exclusively the domain of the Manufacturer / Company Authorised Seller.

How do you handle Grievance Redressal ?

For any issues related to purchases on HCX Global, Customers can contact our Customer Service via Customer Service Centre of HCX Global. Our Customer Service Representatives will escalate the matter to respective parties to get the issue resolved at the earliest.
